When you submit a contact form, book a Discovery Call, complete an assessment, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

- Business name
- Phone number (if provided)
- Location (city, state, or country)
- Information about your business, services, or project needs
- Any other information you choose to share in a message or form field
Information collected automatically
When you visit our Site, certain technical information is collected automatically, including:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type and version
- Pages visited, time on page, and referral source
- Device type and operating system
- Cookie and tracking pixel data (see Section 5)
Information from client engagements
If you become a client, we may also collect business data necessary to deliver our services, including customer lists, CRM data, platform credentials (handled securely), and business performance information. This information is governed by the confidentiality provisions of your Services Agreement. When delivering AI systems, automation, or CRM implementation services, iSpeak CREATIVE may require temporary access to third-party platforms operated by or on behalf of the Client — such as booking systems, practice management software, or scheduling platforms — solely for the purpose of API configuration, integration setup, or technical implementation. This access is strictly scoped to what is necessary to complete the agreed deliverables. iSpeak CREATIVE does not collect, store, or process end-user personal data or Protected Health Information (PHI) accessed through such systems. Platform credentials are handled securely, are not retained beyond the implementation phase, and are not shared with unauthorized parties.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry— when you contact us or book a call, we use your information to follow up and schedule our conversation
- To deliver our services— for active clients, we use your business information to build, configure, and manage the agreed deliverables
- To send relevant communications— with your consent, we may send service updates, follow-up emails, or educational content related to our services. You can opt out at any time.
- To improve our Site— we use analytics data to understand how visitors use the Site and make it more useful
- To comply with legal obligations— we may retain records as required by law or to enforce our Terms & Conditions
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Third-Party Processors
We use the following third-party platforms to operate our business. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf and is subject to their own privacy policies:
GoHighLevel (GHL)
We use GoHighLevel as our primary CRM, contact management, email and SMS communication, appointment scheduling, and automation platform. When you submit a form, book a call, or communicate with us, your information is stored and processed within GHL. GoHighLevel’s privacy policy is available at gohighlevel.com.
We may use Google Analytics or Google Workspace tools for site analytics and business communications. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com.
Our Site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag — a small piece of code that enables analytics about professional audiences who visit our Site and supports LinkedIn advertising campaigns. LinkedIn may collect data including your IP address, device and browser type, and LinkedIn member data if you are logged into LinkedIn. LinkedIn’s privacy policy is available at linkedin.com. You can opt out of LinkedIn tracking at linkedin.com/psettings/guest-controls.
Payment Processors
Invoices and payments are processed through third-party platforms (such as QuickBooks or similar). We do not store credit card or payment account information on our systems.
We do not sell access to your data to any of these platforms for advertising purposes. We share only what is necessary for each platform to perform its function.

- In a business transfer— if iSpeak CREATIVE is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:
- Inquiries that did not result in an engagement— up to 24 months, after which contact records are removed from active systems
- Active client records— retained for the duration of the engagement plus three (3) years, consistent with our confidentiality obligations
- Financial and invoice records— retained for seven (7) years in accordance with applicable tax and accounting requirements
- Analytics data— retained per the data retention settings of each analytics platform (typically 14–26 months for Google Analytics)
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time — see Section 8 or 9 for how to exercise that right.

Your Rights — GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process your personal data on the legal basis of legitimate interest (responding to business inquiries) and contractual necessity (delivering agreed services).

International data transfers: Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on standard contractual clauses and our third-party processors’ EU data processing commitments as appropriate transfer mechanisms.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Know— you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you

- Right to Non-Discrimination— we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights

In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
